Wanted to draw this.
I did refrence some lines from the megaman powered up remake for the PSP. This one: To watch my beautifull bolts fly to the top of your head! To hear your delightfull shrieks.
Um...Am I the only one who find that line very dark? Do you get what he means by that?
He means that he would love to electrocute you, watching his lightning dance on your head ( which can be deadly ) and hear you screaming in pain until you're dead.
I LOVE IT.
His sadistic attitude and confidence makes me love him even more. XD And if some of you don't get the last panel, that thing is one of the most annoying enemies in Megaman history. So Elecman tries to scare the little thing.

Reprogrammed Elec Man can be a little sadistic. I like normal Elec Man better. Still kinda an egomaniac, but still a great guy. ALSO THUNDER BEAM IS OP IN MM1
