He can be a hilarious character. XD Trains are frickin dangerous when you think about it. Have you seen the movie unstopable? Holy crap. That train was amazingly scary!
To me, Chargeman likes to make sure everything goes well. Like on a train station when passengers get there on time and the rides arn't cancled. But he gets really mad when something goes wrong. Terribly wrong.
But it's because he cares a lot. And he hates it when others don't see his effort. Plus, you can make this hilarious joke due to his design. XD
